| The Grant Apartment |

The GRANT apartment consists of the master bedroom with en suite arrangement and sun room adjoining, the living room with open fireplace has a double red leather bedsettee, and next to it is the dining area. These southerly facing windows are sun traps. Through the double glazing the internal red brick walls retain heat. Doors and windows, cupboards and worktops are of teak, the floors are quarry tiled and the ceilings are constructed of parana pine. The Grant apartment is connected to the glass house which contains a mature peach tree and is ideal for sitting out on sunny days. Insulation is tight.
